Peaceful overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with quiet and perfect location in Brentford adjacent to tube station that advised, a train line next to the window, and the railway. Extremely helpful staff throughout.

1) Location is very far from the center and no good public transport nearby. 2) Shared bathroom and kitchen. 3) small rooms. 4) Cleanless is not much.

The bridge house was clean, very quaint, and it was nice to have our own bathroom in the room.
Very stuffy as there is no ac,it would be nice if they told us before we booked that you must go to a separate location to pick up your key. That was inconvenient.

Owner (uncle?) was very helpful with local information on transport, even if he was wrong half the time!
Was left waiting 30 minutes to check-in, after phoning 30 mins before as requested to let them know what time I would be arriving, dark hallways, dingy basement room, dirty; pubic hair on hospitality tray, thick dust behind door, green gunge in toothbrush cup

It was only a 15 minute walk to where I was working and the attending staff member was always very nice and pleasant to talk to.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was grubby. The shower had a leak so there was a bucket permanently stashed under it making that annoying dripping noise every other second of every day. The room was so cramped. I knew a single room would be smaller but my cupboard at home was bigger than this room. The bed, wardrobe and fridge crammed into the room made it feel very chlosteraphobic. The other rooms looked better from what I could see. The "sky" tv was definitetly not sky... it was the 5 channels plus 2 cnn news channels. Also, the other people staying at the hotel were so hostile I never wanted to use the kitchen or cooking facilities.

#1) Location=near (10 minute walk) to where I needed to be daily. 2) #Excellent resident manager (=Hemal Shah). Very helpful and #knowledgeable in many ways. #3) Public transit access right in front of Bridge House. #4) Nice and quiet within Bridge House.
My only complaint is that the mattress on the bed was not very comfortable…too little padding which meant the wire structures within the mattress pressed uncomfortably against the person sitting or lying down on the bed.
